#H7N9 Virus: 125 Cases, 24 Deaths, No Evidence of Human-to-human Transmission

According to the Xinmin Reuters, the Shanghai Municipal Health and Family Planning Commission today (April 29) 17:00 Bulletin, the city today there is no new confirmed cases of the H7N9 avian influenza infection. Currently, the city accumulated confirmed human H7N9 avian influenza infection in 33 cases, of which nine cases under active treatment, 11 patients have been discharged, 13 died.

As of April 29, 17, a total of confirmed H7N9 avian influenza 125 people, of which 24 people died, cases were distributed in Beijing (1) Shanghai (33 cases, 13 patients died), Jiangsu (27 patients, 4 patients died ), Zhejiang (46 cases, 6 died), Anhui (4 cases, 1 death), Henan (4 cases), Shandong (2 cases), Jiangxi (4 cases), Hunan (2 cases), Fujian (n = 1 ), Taiwan (1). The case is still in the dissemination of state, have not yet found evidence of human-to-human transmission.
