Vietnam: PPRS Son La & Nam Dinh

Son La and Nam Dinh province is the second new generation PRRS in the last 2 weeks old, some provinces offer additional outbreaks have arisen in the new social: Lieu, Hau Giang, Dong Thap, An Giang.


PRRS reappeared in the Red River Delta, namely Nghia Trung commune, Nghia Hung district, Nam Dinh province as 378 infected pigs. Provincial Animal Health Department had surrounded the outbreak and 149 pigs destroyed.

For the Son La province, the cause outbreaks in the initial investigation by the spread from Mong Cai pigs 30a projects from Bac Giang province. As of 10/10 days, pigs are infected 536 children, 290 children died.
