Oil Washes Up in Louisiana

The pressure on oil giant BP is mounting after it is becoming clear that the oil from Transocean's Deepwater Horizon rig has reached Louisiana's wetlands.

Deep red oil has begun to coat miles of coastline along the Mississippi River Delta's southern tip, and a thick oily sludge has begun to wash up into inlets and settle amid marsh grass.
