Cairo: Dr Ahmed Nazif, the Prime Minister, that Egypt is the least country in the world in the proportion of death from bird flu.
وذكرت صحيفة الدستور المصرية أن الحقائق والأرقام تؤكد أن كلام رئيس مجلس الوزراء المصري غير مدروس، فالإحصائيات الصادرة عن وزارة الصحة ومنظمة الصحة العالمية تثبت أن مصر تحتل المرتبة الثالثة عالمياً في أعداد الوفيات بالمرض بواقع 27 حالة وفاة بنسبة 38% من إجمالي عدد المصابين الذي يبلغ 81 حالة بعد فيتنام وإندونيسيا.

كما أنه من اللافت تجاهل رئيس الوزراء المصري أن عام 2008 شهد ارتفاع نسبة الوفيات إلي 50% من إجمالي المصابين، حيث توفيت 4 حالات من إجمالي 8 حالات إصابة.

وفي العام الجاري شهدت مصر 30 حالة إصابة، توفي منهم 3 حالات، ويبدو أن رئيس الوزراء أغفل أن مصر تصدرت الترتيب العالمي هذا العام في أعداد الإصابة بالمرض بواقع 30 حالة، بينما لم تشهد دولة مثل إندونيسيا المتصدرة للترتيب العالمي في أعداد الإصابات والوفيات حالات إصابة جديدة هذا العام، وهو ما تجاهله تماماً رئيس الوزراء المصري.
