CAIRO - Editor Masrawy - Dr. Azim warned the Governor of Cairo Minister of inaction in the fight against disease, avian influenza, especially considering that the virus causing the recent rise in temperatures.
وطالب بإنتهاز فترة موسم الصيف لتشديد الإجراءات والقضاء على التربية المنزلية، وهدم العشش ، وعدم السماح نهائيا بتداول الطيور الحية فى الأسواق والمحلات ، ومنع تسريبها من خلال الباعة الجائلين ، مؤكدا على ضرورة مراجعة وتغيير النظام الغذائى والإعتماد على الدواجن المذبوحة المبردة والمجمدة ، وتعزيز إعداد المجازر فى المحافظات ذات المزارع الضخمة ، وإنشاء مجازر آلية ذات طاقات كبرى ، ونقل الدواجن المجمدة منها الى القاهرة مباشرة .
He demanded to take advantage of the summer season to tighten procedures and the elimination of domestic education, the destruction of nests, and not to allow a final circulation of live birds in markets and shops, and to prevent the diversion of through street vendors, stressing the need to review and change the diet and reliance on the slaughtered poultry, refrigerated and frozen, and strengthening the preparation of the massacres in provinces with large farms, the massacres and the establishment of a mechanism with great potential, and the transfer of frozen poultry, including directly to Cairo.
وأشار المحافظ الى أنه جارى العمل حاليا على إنشاء حظائر للخنازير وإعادة تربيتها، ولكن على أسس سليمة وتحت إشراف بيطرى بمنطقة الكريمات والتى تبعد كثيرا عن الكتلة السكنية .

وقال وزير أنه حرصا على مصلحة أصحاب المحلات التى تم غلقها لقيامها ببيع الطيور الحية فسيتم إعادة فتحها فى حالة قيام أصحابها بتغيير نشاطها الى نشاط مسموح به ، وقد تم تكليف اللواء عبدالفتاح عبدالعزيز السكرتير العام المساعد للتنسيق مع صندوق التضامن الإجتماعى لتوقيع قروض ميسرة لأصحاب المحلات تتراوح قيمتها بين 15 الى 55 ألف جنيه للمحل لتجديد وتوفير ثلاجات تجميد وتبريد وعرض وخلافه .

وأكد المحافظ على الجهد المبذول من جانب القائمين على العمل بمديرية الطب البيطرى وهيئة نظافة وتجميل القاهرة ورجال الأمن على التخلص من الخنازير من القاهرة والتى بلغ عددها خلال مدة لاتتعدى ثلاث أسابيع تم التخلص خلالها من حوالى 28 ألف خنزير بالذبح والإعدام مع تطبيق كافة الأساليب المقبولة للتخلص من الجثث والمخلفات وصرف التعويضات لأصحاب القطعان والمربين بلغت قرابة 5ر2 مليون جنيه تم صرفها نقدا وفوريا.

كما أكد على أنه تم إخلاء القاهرة من الخنازير ، وأن أى رأس يتم ضبطها بعد ذلك لن يتم تعويض أصحابها عنها ، وسيتم التعامل معها بالإعدام ، وأنه جارى حاليا رفع مخلفات الحظائر بحى منشأة ناصر وإستمرار رشها بالمطهرات والكلور . وأوضح المحجوب أنه لوحظ من الخبرات المتراكمة السابقة خلال الاعوام الثلاثة الماضية وجود تراخى خلال الفترات الصيفية السابقة نظرا لانحصار المرض خلال تلك الفترة ، بينما يزيد فى فصل الشتاء ، مما دعا اللجنة إلى تشديد متابعة عمل كل الجهات على استمرار المتابعة وبجدية خاصة فى الصيف.

وأشار المحجوب إلى أن اللجنة إتفقت خلال اجتماعها على تفعيل القانون رقم 70 لعام 2009 الخاص بمنع تداول وحظر نقل الطيور بين المحافظات ، وإنهاء التربية فى المدن نظرا للكثافة السكانية العليا بها وغلق كافة المحلات بمدن الجمهورية . وأضاف المحجوب أن اللجنة أكدت ضرورة متابعة التربية المنزلية والعمل على زيادة الوعى بغرض الحد من انتشار المرض وزيادة الجرعة الاعلامية الخاصة بحملات التوعية بمرض انفلونزا الطيور . The governor added that the Committee stressed the need for follow-up of home and work to increase awareness in order to reduce the spread of the disease and increase the dose for media campaigns to raise awareness of bird flu.

وأشار المحجوب الى إتفاق اللجنة على قيام المحافظات بتكثيف ومتابعة ما تقوم به مديريات الطب البيطرى ومحاسبة المخالفين بحزم ، إلى جانب قيام المحافظات بالتنسيق مع الامن بالتشديد على عدم التداول بين المحافظات وإحالة السيارات المخالفة الى النيابة العامة واعدام ما بها من شحنات دواجن .

ومن جانبه أكد إسماعيل خيرت رئيس الهيئة العامة للاستعلامات أن اجمالى الحالات الايجابية المصابة بالمرض حتى الان وصل الى 76 حالة توفى منها 27 حالة منذ ظهور المرض فى مصر فى فبراير 2006 وحتى مايو 2009 مشيرا الى ان معظم الاصابات من الاطفال نتيجة المخالطة الخاصة بالتربية المنزلية.
